Charged for a Free Trial

Signed up for a one month free trial and immediately got charged. Something that's supposed be a trial isn't a trial then? Why advertise it as such? There's no customer service and the virtual bot is no help at all. Any suggestions or contact to get a refund?

One month of what?

The trial for programs is 7 days and you must cancel in 14 days or your trial becomes a subscription
