Charged for Acrobat Acropro that I did not purchase
Hi, I have cancelled my subscription, but I was still charged in the past three months for Acobat Acropro services. I have tried to contact the customer services but I can't find any ways to contact a customer service staff member who I can communicate to as I was told that only customers who have current plans/subscriptions can talk to the CS staff member? Please advise what can I do as this is very frustrating. Many thanks.
