Charged for Adobe Acrobat every month without using it – Can I get a refund?
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here can help me.
I recently noticed that Adobe has been charging me $51 every month since February 2, and I only found out today (August 2). I honestly haven’t used Adobe Acrobat at all during this time. I don’t even have the app installed anymore.
The last time I remember using Adobe Acrobat was sometime in January, and I could have sworn that I cancelled my subscription back then. I honestly don’t know how the subscription stayed active.
Since I didn’t notice the charges for several months, I ended up having to cancel my bank card just to stop any future payments.
I’m really hoping Adobe can refund at least some of the charges, if not all of them. You should be able to see from my account activity that I haven’t logged in or used the service at all for all these months. It was simply money being charged for something I wasn’t using, and it’s really upsetting to realize how much I’ve paid for nothing.
Has anyone been through something similar? Is there anything else I can do to improve my chances of getting a refund? I’d also appreciate any help with making sure the subscription is fully cancelled.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this. I really appreciate any advice or assistance.
