Question

Charged for Adobe stock . Could not cancel free trial due to travel and did not see the email.

hello,

I did not realize that my free trial ended for adobe stock and was converted into a paid subscription on April 12th.

I noticed the pending payment today. I never use adobe stock and it was offered free during my purchase of photoshop and illustrator. I don't think it's fair that it has automatically converted to a paid subscription and is very expensive. pleas help me cancel and get a refund for the same as I genuinely never use stock and its not useful for me in suture either. appreciate your help.

all adobe trials automatically become paid subscriptions unless canceled.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    Hi @Neelz123,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I checked your subscription details and can confirm that your Adobe Stock plan has been active for 1 month and 8 days. This is an annual plan with monthly billing, which means it comes with a commitment period of one year.

You can absolutely cancel the plan at any time. However, since the cancellation is happening before the end of the annual term, an early termination fee will apply.
