I canceled my "Photography plan (20GB)" trial and received an email that the service would end on 10 February 2023.

However today (18-April-2023) I got charged for the "Photography plan (20GB)"

even though I have no active plans.

is there anything I can do to get my money back?

Is there any possibility you have a second account under another email address?
