Charged for (cancelled) trial
Hi
I did get the trial version of adobe acrobat a while ago, and I did cancel the trial on the very same day (I have an email that confirms it being cancelled and nothing shows up as an ongoing plan on my account); still, I got charged for the renewal of the plan (which still, however, does not show up on my account).
Who do I need to talk to to sort this one out?
