Charged for Creative Cloud after trial cancellation
I started a Creative Cloud trial a week ago. After installing, I had second thoughts because of the cost and decided to not even go through with a test run. I uninstalled CC and immediately logged into my account and cancelled the subscription. I distinctly remember going through the cancellation process—being asked if I wanted to change to a different plan, etc. I remember seeing the little message that my trial would end on November 11.
Yet I was still charged $52.99 this morning.
I'm mildly furious. I can't seem to find a place to submit a support ticket or email. All I can find are these forums and an 800 number which I can't call because I'm overseas. How do I go about getting a refund?
