Charged for creative cloud photography plan

Hi, I ran a free 7 day trial for the 7 day trial on the creative cloud Photography plan, Adobe has charged me for $19.99 since I did not cancel subscpription. Does the cloud only give me access to the app but not internal access and use of the apps within. I would have to buy a plan seperately?

Also, Ive been trying to just purchase the lightroom package with the classic included but its saying that this purchase is not supported because I already own the light room 1TB. Im not understanding what I need to do to have my money going to the right thing.

any help, thank you!

Just to be clear, on the 8th day of service your free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription plan.  That's why Adobe asked you for a credit card when you joined.

You have up to 14 days to cancel without penalty.  After that, you will incur a 50% early termination fee for cancelling before your 12th month of service.

The Photography Plan bundle includes these products & services for USD $10/month x 12 months.

-- Photoshop CC and Photoshop on iPad
-- Lightroom on desktop, mobile and the web
-- Lightroom Classic
-- Portfolio website + hosting
-- Spark with premium features
-- Bridge
-- 20 GB cloud storage (upgradable to 1 TB).

To change plans, you must first cancel the plan you have.  Contact support.
