I started a free trial and was charged $30 after being assured that it was free. This is fraudulent activity from Adobe, I need a human to fix this.

Can you explain why I was charged? It seems like fraudulent activity to say that something is $0.00 and then charge my account $30.00, I'd like an explanation as to why that is.
