Charged for Free Trial but Cancelled

Hello,

I was just charged $29.99 for an adobe subscription after making a free trial. However, I know I cancelled my free trial and recieved an email saying that it was cancelled. I've attached a screenshot as proof.

Kindhearted_observer, thanks for posting about your recent subscription commitments to this public discussion forum. I can confirm you canceled your subscription for the AI assistant earlier this month. The new charge is for the subscription you started yesterday. If this was unintentional, then use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/47MVrko to self-cancel your new commitment. Any refunds issued from either subscription will take up to 14 days to process.
