Charged for membership after cancellation

I cancelled my free trial during the free trial period.   I have had two recurring monthly charges since that time.   Trying to cancell again, and am being charged a $99 fee.   I have an email confirming my cancellation. 

 

Please refund my charges and cancell my membership.

I called and talked to someone.    After a lot of arguing, they cancelled my "Pro" account and waived the cancellation fee.   I did not get my two month refund.   Adobe is scamming, by imbeding two memberships in the free trial.   "Adobe AI Assist" and "Adobe Pro".   You may think you are cancelling your membership, but double check that you are not being mislead.   

 

Feels very unethical and misleading.
