Charged for plan after cancelling trial

Cancelled trial two days before the trial period ended. My Adobe account said no plans were active but today I was charged. Still, even after I was billed, my account says no plans are active and doesn't even give me an option to cancel my current plan that I was just billed for. This is wrong, I need a refund due to website/account error.

Incorrect, I have no listed plans. Plus, I never signed up for an Adobe Assistant for Acrobat. See photo. 

Adobe grants me 14 days to request a refund after payment, even though I cancelled the trial two days before it ended. Need refund asap as this is not the way a reputable company like Adobe should run.

I also have the same issue .... i have been charged yesterday after cancelling last month.  I would really like a refund please?

Thankyou Shivangi, if the above is true what does the email attached above mean then, sent to me on 23rd September 2025?!!! To my mind it means i have cancelled  my Acrobat subsccription  -  so i dont hjave the services of Acrobat anymore and so therefore i wont be charged any more ?!!  can you explain and can i have a refund? thankyou.  For Reference none of the reasons listed in you link apply to me. I cancelled you confrimed it, 23/9/25 - therefore i should not have to do anymore, nor should i be charged again? 😞

None others associated with Adobe and I used PayPal not card.
