Charged for subscription I swear I cancelled

Hello, I was charge for an Adobe subscription where I swore i unsubscribed. I would like to request a refund for the charge as i do plan to not keep using my account. Please help me resolve this issue as i was billed today and need that money. Thanks

     ​@jswizzle00 I can confirm that you have cancelled the subscriptions under the two accounts that you created under this email address. You can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html to switch between the individual account and the one you created for an organization. Please make sure you represent an organization if you are seeking a discount for multiple licenses.

     

    If you are seeking an educational discount on Adobe software and services, please first check with the educational institution you are attending to see what they offer. Most academic institutions offer a greater discount than what is available from Adobe directly.

    That i was charged and my account wont close. I would like this issue resolved as i cannot afford this subscription
