charged longer than annual plan

My account says that i subscribed to the annual plan since april 7 2021 yet it is now the 15th of june and im still getting charged. if i try to cancel i get shown a cancellation fee. who do i contact about this or how can i get a refund for these past couple months?

    The plan you signed up for automatically renews each year. The cancellation fee is 50% of what is left to pay in the current year. To cancel without a penalty you must cancel in the 12th month of the first or later year.  

    You can discuss this with Adobe by CHAT or PHONE if you want to see if they will be generous. WARNING, I emphasise CHAT or PHONE. People will now contact you privately offering Skype or email support - but they are scammers and your problems could get a whole lot worse. Use only Adobe's contact page.
