Charged me Money after I cancelled it 15 minutes after subscribing

I subscribed to adobe pro around an hour ago. However, I realized that the features were lacking and I CANCELLED the subscription after a few minutes of using it. BUT, I just checked my email and it claims that Adobe has CHARGED me 8HKD for their services. I need a refund for the 8HKD.

For those who cannot read:

I HAVE ALREADY MADE SURE I HAVE CANCELLED ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS of ADOBE.

I LOGGED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND LOGGED IN AGAIN AND DOUBLE CHECKED THAT I HAVE NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS LEFT.

I HAVE CONFIRMED I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED TO ALL SUBSCRITIONS BY READING BOTH EMAILS FROM ADOBE DETAILING THAT I HAVE SUCCESSFUL CANCELLED ALL MY SUBSCRIPTIONS.

DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE TRIAL TERMS. I UNSUBSCRIBED WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF SUBSCRIBING, SO DO NOT TELL ME THAT I ALREADY EXCEEDED THE TRIAL PERIOD.

@Deacon Ho , I appreciate your response, and the expectation is that you would be charged to begin the trial. If you cancel within 14 days, then you may receive a refund.

You have already canceled your subscription, so please wait up to 14 days for your refund.  Please bookmark https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html for complete information on the cancellation and refund process for all subscription plans.

    Thread summary

A user subscribed to an Adobe plan and cancelled it within about 15 minutes, but was still charged a small fee shortly afterward. The user confirmed via email notifications that the cancellation had gone through and that no active subscriptions remained on the account.

Troubleshooting steps shared by other participants

Jeffrey_A_Wright (Community Manager) confirmed that the self-cancel request was completed successfully and that the charge reflected the standard trial terms, since Adobe trials require an initial payment rather than being fully free. Any eligible refund would be issued within up to 14 days. Jeffrey_A_Wright pointed to Adobe's subscription terms page for full details on cancellation and refund timing for this type of plan.

    Suggested solutions by Adobe

    1. If you cancelled shortly after starting a trial or subscription and were still charged: Review Adobe's cancellation and refund terms for your specific plan type (annual paid monthly, annual prepaid, or month-to-month) to confirm your refund eligibility and timing. For most eligible cancellations, refunds are processed within 14 days.
Understand Adobe's subscription terms and refund policies
    2. If you want to verify the exact charge on your account: Check your billing history and charge details in your Adobe account to confirm what you were charged for and when.
      Identify your Adobe charge
    3. If you're unsure whether your subscription is fully cancelled: Confirm your subscription status and understand what changes (such as loss of app access and reduced cloud storage) after cancellation.

Why was I charged for 8 HKD when I subscribed to the FREE TRIAL? The terms clearly stated that it would be FREE if I cancel BEFORE it ends which I DID.

This is clearly misrepresentation by Adobe.

There are no free trials, @Deacon Ho , only trials with payment.
