charged money by an account i do not know, is it possible to cancel it and get a refund, i do not know what email it is

I have been charged money on an account i do not know of, is it possible to get a refund, i did not start this subscription, and i have been charged a lot of money for it. the charge finder did not help as it showed a transaction on my card that is not on the same day the money was charged. is it possible to get a refund for this using only my card details, and can i cancel all future payments using my card?

    Thank you for posting, Celestial_Strength.

I understand how concerning it is to see subscription charges when you do not recognize the associated account.

I checked the account used to create this community post and do not see any active subscriptions associated with that account. Based on that, the charges are likely tied to a different Adobe account.

Please review the guidance in the following post, which outlines the available methods for identifying the Adobe account associated with a charge:

Once you identify the account associated with the subscription, you can sign in to that account to review the plan and any available cancellation or refund options.

    >charge finder did not help

And @Jeff_A_Wright said a subscription was not found

If you don’t have a different email and you are sure nobody in your house used your card you need to contact the fraud staff for your card
