Charged on free trial

I just started Adobe Pro free trial on November 18. It was saying first charge will be on November 26. As soon as I started the free trial I was charged from AED115.50. No billing history is showing on my account. I cancelled my free trial, but still nothing shows about refunding. I request to get a refund of the charged amount.
