I am writing to formally dispute unauthorized charges that have appeared on my account following the cancellation of all my Adobe subscriptions.

I completed the cancellation process in full, and I expect no further charges to be made against my payment method. Despite this, Adobe has continued to bill me — which is unacceptable.

    I am sorry you did not find more value in our services. I can confirm that your cancellation requests were processed successfully on June 5th. Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days.
