Question

Charged over $600 in the last month and a half. Being offered only $200 refund. What is happening?

So that first $254 charge, I'll admit, I've been running around all busy and I figured it was just a normal annual charge and I should trust it (I've got to keep better track of this stuff. It's been that kind of year). Then I wake up this morning to find nearly another $400 gone from my account.

I look it up and it says that my annual plan is for about $381 a year. But I've been charged twice, one of the charges doesn't even match that cost, and when I switch plans, it only wants to give me $200 back, and I'm lost. As of right now, I'm out more than $600 for this "$381 a year plan". Can I just get my money back?

Does someone else in your household have access to your credit card?

It looks to me like you have at least two plans, maybe more.

You'll need to contact Adobe to help you straighten this out.

CONTACT ADOBE SUPPORT:

Online Chat: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

In the chatbox, type Billing Agent followed by Enter key.

Phone M-F, during normal business hours: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

The screen shot shows you have two plans, not one. You only seem to be cancelling one of them (the Creative Cloud plan, normally around ?? Maybe you have even more plans - did you click BUY at the end of the year, because you wanted to renew (very, very bad idea!)

You also have the Adobe Stock Plan. Not sure of the cost, maybe $360 a year?

I don't have an explanation for you, but knowing you've signed up for at least two plans may help make more sense of things. You'll still need to contact Adobe to resolve anything.
