  Hi I been charged twice from last 4 months on two different cards although I only have one profile. How can I get my refund back??

On 05/06/2023, I paid to subscribe to two accounts -Invoice No: 2469609776-and I was surprised 
that three amounts were deducted, and I also received confirmation messages from the bank
regarding the three deduction.

Greetings  for the Day!

As email  registered on forums is associated with Adobe subscription as well. I have checked you are getting billed only once

for Photography plan on this email address. As you are getting billed twice it seems you  have placed another order linked to a different email address.

Kindly contact customer care (link is  already shared above).

Hi,

Two charges means two purchases on two different Adobe accounts. You have to contact the service to find the second Adobe ID and cancel this purchase.
