Charged twice after canceling Acrobat Pro before trial ended

I canceled my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription one day before the free trial ended.
Despite this, Adobe charged my card last month and again this month.

There were no e-mails from Adobe about trial ending or confirmation that the trial has been cancelled.

I am trying to contact Adobe support, but I cannot find a working live chat or phone option on the support page, and the phone number does not connect from my country. I'm from Latvia.

Thank you for your help.

... and once you find your account name, check it, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?
only the plan(s) you want?

Martin, I am sorry, I don't see any active subscriptions or transactions from December under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please see https://adobe.ly/48R04ur for information on how to locate the account with the recent charges. ^JW
