Charged twice in same month - how to resolve?

Trying to resolve a billing issue. Was just charged twice on same day for a one month membership. 

 

I can't easily find out how to resolve the issue in the care centre. I can see the issue, they offer an explanation but I don't know how to contact them. 

 

Is there a support email address or phone number I can use?
