Charged twice. Invoiced once?

I have been charged a monthly subscription twice (same amount) from my nominated bank account. But my Adobe invoice only shows one payment. How do I find and stop the second payment? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

 

if anything is amiss, you'll need to contact adobe support.  unfortunately, you'll need to await an adobe employee to inform you to contact adobe support.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Andrew, thanks for posting your question. The second charge was for the monthly Illustrator plan you successfully canceled. There is still one active plan, so you should only receive one charge moving forward. Please see https://adobe.ly/4h1tKIb for an explanation of any fees or charges that are applied as part of the monthly cancellation process.

 

You can also use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/3CmA0ev to review or save your invoices from your recent purchases from Adobe. ^JW
