Charges additional fees on the annual plan every month. I activated the plan during the promotion as a student, but it expired and without my knowledge, I am now being charged fees that I have not confirmed in any way. I am asking you to cancel the current annual plan and refund the amount charged for the first month without any promotion and because I did not consent to it.

Hi @defaultdl9fegdf4zex,

We appreciate you reaching out. We checked your account info. You have an active subscription to Creative Cloud all apps since last 3 years and 5 days.

After a student graduates from school, the student receives a grace year on the education price.

Graduated students receive an email notification about the upcoming price increase thirty days before the contract renewal date.

Could you check if you missed the notification email?

You may check more info here: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/graduation-education-discount-expiry.html

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Shivangi

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

contact adobe support for help.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
