Charges with no active subscription
Hello, ideally need help from adobe directly with a simple email address from support/something like that.
I have been getting charge 9.98GBP each month for around 6 months now. Using the two emails i have and my partners i have no active subscriptions. So trying to cancel the payment and using the chat assitant goes in cicrles as there is nothing to cancel.
I have tried searching for an email address and the different help services on the website but i am getting no where.
does anyone know how to solve this or enlighten me on an email that works and i can speak to a human and not a chatbot.
