I think you are mistaken.  An Annual Plan is 12 months of service.  The introductory trial is 7 days only after which you are billed each month until you cancel. 

New customers may cancel within 14 days of downloading the software without incuring a cancellation fee.  After 14 days, the fee to cancel is 50% of your remaining months of service.  To avoid fees, wait until your 12 month of service to cancel, before it auto renews for another year.
