Charging for services I did not request
I paid my monthly bill through Lightroom. The screen refreshed, but the page appeared blank.
Some time later, they were charging me for two other monthly payments that I didn't even request.
I asked the bank to dispute the transaction, and to this day, you are deducting two extra
amounts from my account. I have been trying to contact you for a little over two months,
but there is no way to resolve my problem. I am very upset because it is your fault
and you are charging me for canceling something that I did not even authorize. Can you please resolve this problem?
