Charity Digital Discount Disappears

Hello, 

I have purchased Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for my charity through Charity Digital but when I click on the link provided by Charity Digital to pay for and activate my membership, the discount appears for a few seconds and then it reverses to the full price. Any idea where the problem is?
