I HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO COMMUNICATE A SITUATION THAT REQUIRES A REFUND AND THE CHAT AGENTS SIMPLY WAIT FOR HOURS THEN CANCELL THE CHAT

HOW CAN I GET EFFECIENT AND EFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE?

you have to go through adobe support.  that said, what documents do you have that show you're entitled to a refund?
