Chat agent [offered a discount]

During one conversation with an agent, I negotiated a discounted price for the Adobe suite. Unfortunately, the conversation was interrupted on Adobe's side for technical reasons. I wrote with another agent the next day and sent the entire conversation history. The agent did not offer the same terms. Is it normal?

yes, it's normal that "deals" vary based on several factors.

When Adobe has a special offer it is available to everyone who qualifies

 

I have never heard of a chat agent being able to offer a discount
