Chat “send” button

The other day I changed plans from the full creative cloud plan (all apps) to the photography plan to try and reduce monthly costs and was still charged for both plans. When I noticed this I went to my account to look and sure enough, still had both plans active in my account. Why would I need the photography plan if I had access to all of the apps with the original plan I had? So I clicked on the chat button and I am able to type my message however there is no send or submit button. There is only the "done" and "return" normal keypad buttons which neither of those worked. Is there anyway to send a message in chat? I am on an iPhone so I was using safari and even tried to use the Google Chrome app but nothing seems to work. The chat is useless without a way to send the message. Anyone else have this issue?
