Cheaper Subscription Fees

Hi, I just paid my subscription for Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB and found that the subscription fees getting cheaper. Is it common that Adobe suddenly lower their price?, I don't remember changing my plans.

    After I contacted with customer care, they said that I have been charged with a pro rated amount, from next billing onwards I will be charged with the regular price.
