Closing account

I would like to close my account but if I close now I will have to pay an penalty fee for closing the account before the expiration of the contract. How can I see when I can close the account without having to pay the penalty?

    Adobe's Annual plans (and Student plans) are for a 12-month commitment. Here's a guide explaining the process which should help you find the best solution, and possibly save some time or money:

    Some accounts are for a year, you promise to pay for a year but Adobe give a generous 50% discount. If you can't remember the terms of a subscription, contact Adobe by chat. Contracts DO NOT expire, they automatically renew each year forever.

    Important: you cannot close an account until you cancel the subscription. These are different things.
