Cloud Storage missing

I added 1 TB of storage to my Adobe account. In the CC Desktop app I can see that I now have 1.1 TB. However, both LR and LRC report that I have only 100 GB ot total storage. I have logged out from LR and logged in again but still just 100 GB. Where are my added 1 TB?
