Cobrança indevida!

Tenho um plano de 140,00 que tem direito a todos os aplicativos, só que percebi que esta vindo cobrando duas vezes ao mês e agora recebi uma cobrança de 755,01 x1 no cartão,não sei o que esta aconteceu, o suporte de IA não resolve nada nem no Telefone deles.não sei ais o que fazer.

    I apologize for any problems you have encountered in managing your subscriptions and different accounts with Adobe.

     

    Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html for information on how to use the Account Chooser to switch to the Personal account, which has your active subscription. The Company account you created is incomplete, and there are no active subscriptions associated with it. If you signed into it, though, it could cause problems with accessing or managing your commitments to Adobe, @Davidlimaart.

     

    Most of your previous subscriptions were successfully canceled, ​@Davidlimaart, but the Creative Cloud Pro subscription is past due. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/retry-failed-or-missed-payment.html for details on how to update the payment method associated with your subscription and put the account in good standing.

    in particular check for a stock plan and an ai for acrobat plan.

    First of all check what you are subscribed to by checking your plans at the following link

    https://account.adobe.com/plans

    If there is any subscription that you don’t need you should cancel it. You can details on the charge via the following link

    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

    If none of this helps then you will need to connect to Adobe Support
