Ha uma suposta fatura, entretando não realizei esta compra minha conta é gratuita, e apenas testei os 3 dias gratis para fins de conhecimento, não tenho interesse genuíno no produto nesta conta, solicito cancelamento imediato e ressarcimento do valor.

I can confirm your did complete the self-cancel process successfully. Refunds are issued automatically and take up to 14 days.

you must cancel yourself.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
