Cobrança Indevida.

Question

Comprei um pacote de programas, a promessa era a utilização do produto por mês gratuitamente, ao que tão logo eu conclui as iformações de pagamento do cartão, que seria cobrado apenas após 30 dias, a cobraça foi feita na hora. Agora tendo baixar os aplicativos dá erro  e ou fica me cobrando outros valores. Quero desistir da compra e ter o estorno do valor pago. Fiz a compra tem 24h (30/05/2022), como devo proceder?
