Boa tarde,eu acabei de receber uma cobrança da assinatura sem a minha autorização, eu cancelei no mesmo dia que cobrou ... por favor preciso do reembolso eu estou desempregada e só peguei o período grátis para atualizar meu currículo ... por favor preciso do reembolso ....

contact adobe support (and hopefully, you clicking no links from whatever you received) and check your adobe account, https://account.adobe.com

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
