Cobrança indevida - reembolso

Assinei o pacote estudante creative pra usufruir os 7 dias de teste, tentei diversas vezes cancelar antes do prazo mas quando eu clicava na opçao o site da adobe fazia log out como se o processo de cancelamento tivesse sido realizado, acontece que o valor de 86 reais ja foi descontado do meu cartao! Ao realizar a tentativa hoje me foi oferecido 2 meses gratis pra continuar com o plano e eu aceitei pq futuramente preciso dos app, gostaria de saber como fica essa cobrança que ja foi realizada? Preciso do reembolso!
