Question

Thanks for writing in, @abstract_power5D95. I confirm there is no active subscription associated with your Adobe account. Could you check this article to know about the possible reasons for getting an unknown charge? https://adobe.ly/4byRWQ1

Let me know if it helps.

Thank you for the quick response, Shivangi.

I've tried that article, and even looked up for all possible reasons; there is none. Adobe simply keeps charging me for no service whatsoever.

That is very troubling.

Thanks for confirming. As I mentioned above, there is no active subscription associated with this email address. There can only be two scenarios here:

1. The card is linked to another email address with Adobe subscription: I assume you have checked that already.

2. The card is being asked for some fraudulent payment.

Please reach out to your bank as @kglad suggested above. We hope it helps.

@abstract_power5D95

free trials automatically become paid subscriptions unless explicitly cancelled.  in any case, check your account to see what subscriptions you have, https://account.adobe.com

Thank you Kglad.
As I have mentioned, there no subscription under my account.

Isn't that curious? Charging people simply for registering a payment method?

if you suspect fraudulent use of your credit card, you should report it to your card provider.
