Cobraram assinatura do Adobe Reader IA após o teste sem meu aviso ou uso. Ao cancelar no mesmo dia, querem cobrar taxa de R$32,20. Não fui consultada sobre a renovação. Como ficam meus direitos de arrependimento e informação pelo CDC?

Olá. Após o primeiro período de teste eu também iniciei a solicitação de cancelamento, mas ofereceram outro e outro período de teste e eu fui aceitando. Então era uma estratégia para cobrar sem aviso e sem consulta  se eu tinha interesse em continuar?
