Ayúdenme. Hice mi cancelación y como no tenía saldo en la tarjeta lo volvieron a intentar. Luego libere el saldo de mi tarjeta y al checar me hicieron doble cobro. Ya hice el reclamo tanto en el banco como en adobe pero en adobe he notado su falta de atención. No sé qué hacer. Pueden ayudarme ?
