Cobro a mi tarjeta por plan trail

Hola, hace algunos meses me hice una cuenta en abobe para probar adobe illustrator. Para ello tuve que mis datos de tarjeta de credito pero no pude ni siquiera utilizar el programa, no tengo ni idea porque.  Luego ya no pude desafiliarla y cuando voy a la opcion de manage me parece que sigo con la prueba gratuita, apesar de que me estan cobrando como 20 dolares al mes. Alguna ayuda?
