Cobro de plan y cancelación

Hola, necesito ayuda.

Se me hizo cancelación de mi plan, aún cuándo se me hizo el cobro el 12 de septiembre.
No puedo abrir ninguno de los programas que ya había comprado.
Alguien que me ayude a saber si hubo alguna actualización de la que no me enteré o si debo cancelar definitivamente mi plan.

Did you cancel it or it cancelled on your own? Check your emails there may be some notifications on why it got cancelled
