Cobro indebido

Desde antes de que venciera el plazo de 14 días he tratado sin éxito de cancelar el plan. Hoy por fin lo logré y me cobraron $67. Que lo indican es cierto, el problema es que el sistema no permite csncelar. Por favor confirmen ustedes mismos lo difícil que es cancelar la suscripción o contactar a un funcionario, donde da la opción de comunicarse por el chat atiende una inteligencia artificial y no un ser humano.

Me ocurre lo mismo mismo. Ingresé mi RECLAMO y lo cerraron sin dar ninguna respuesta. Luego convenientemente cancelaron mi plan para No atenderme más ni por el chat. Pero parece que no piensan reembolsarme todos los meses de COBRO INDEBIDO. Una experiencia HORRIBLE, habrá que ir a derechos del consumidor.

SON UNOS ATRACADORES, SU PROGRAMA NO ME SIRVIO Y YA SE COBRARON EL MES, LO QUIERO CANCELAR Y ESTA EMPRESA AL MAS ESTILO DE LAS PEORES DE LATAM, QUIEREN COBRAR UNA ESPECIE DE MULTA QUE ES CASI EL VALOR ANUAL DE SUSCRIPCION, ASI DE SINVERGUENZAS SON ESTOS. ABUSIVOS....
