Cobro indebido

Hola a todos. Active una version de prueba de adobe acrobat pro. Olvide cancelarlo a tiempo y se realizo un cobro. Posteriormente cancele la suscripcion y luego de un mes se volvio a realizar el cobro. En mi cuenta dice que no tengo productos activos entonces no se que hacer. Me pueden brindar alguna informacion de que puedo hacer?

The additional charge could have been for the fee involved when canceling an annual membership.
