Cobro indebido por parte de ADOBE

Estaba suscrita a la membresia mensual de InDesign, la he cancelado y me han cobrado despues de un par de horas la membresia anual, yo no autorice el pago, requiero un reembolso. Como hago?

You probably had an annual subscription to Adobe InDesign. You may contact Adobe customer care and plead your case.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
