COBRO INDEBIDO - VERSION DE PRUEBA FUE CANCELADA

Sres. de Adobe Acrobat,

Acepte probar su producto en versión de prueba y un día antes de que se cumpliera ese periodo realice la cancelación el día 25 de agosto como se me indico en la suscripción donde se indica que debe ser antes del 26 de agosto. Desde entonces vengo recibiendo correos electrónicos donde ustedes intentan realizarse el cobro. SOLICITO QUE CANCELEN ESE COBRO Y QUE DEJEN DE INTENAR DEBITARSE DE MI CUENTA BANCARIA YA QUE NO DESEO SU PRODUCTO.

Debo agregar que cuando ingreso a la opción Administrar Plan e ntento cancelar la "supuesta suscripción" NO ME PERMITE CANCELARLA ya que primero me sale un mensaje que DEBO SUBSANAR EL PROBLEMA DE PAGO. Eso quiere decir que Acrobot primero quiere hacer efectivo el cobro (el debito) para luego recien aceptar cancelar de la suscripción. ESO ES UNA VIVEZA DE ACROBAT.
