Cobro NO AUTORIZADO y cargo por cancelación anticipada: 30,43 €

Primero como leo muchas personas en el foro, se me ha cobrado un pago NO AUTORIZADO sobre IA, y lo peor no es eso… sino que cuando quiero CANCELARLO siguiendo los pasos de administrar plan, cancelar...me pone que: 

 

Se te hará un cargo por cancelación anticipada:

30,43 €

 

¿QUÉ ESTAFA ES ESTA?

    s por contestar. Ya he iniciado mi sesión donde están las suscripciones, pero no están activas porque yo no me he suscrito a nada, vaya que no sabia ni que es lo que me habían cobrado…. Y al intentar cancelar todo eso, me sale que me cobrarán por ello…

    HI ​@Patricia Crespo by unauthorised do you mean that you never subscribed and were still charged? I see that you are trying to cancel so that leads me to believe that you did subscribe. If that is the case then the way this works is that the trial version is migrated to paid version unless explicitly cancelled.

    Pero como que por intentar cancelar me dices que yo me suscribí???? LO ESTOY intentando cancelar puesto que me ha llegado un cobro de algo que YO NO ME HE SUSCRITO, entonces obvio que quiero cancelarlo, faltaria más que encima me digan lo que hice o no. MUY, MUY MAL.
