Hope you are doing well.

I have 2 accounts 1 for my work and the other for my personal use.

One had the 399 mostly plan and the other 832 pesos monthly plan. Since the beginning I have 4 charges 399+399+832+832 in my credit card

I need the service but I don't want a double charges, I have with the service more than a year.

So in only one year the double charge is 14,772 pesos or 777 usd.

Can you contact me with someone can help me with the refund.

Hi,

I have a monthly subscription with a 832.00 and always in my mail have 1 invoice for 832.00 but in my credit credit abode makes 2 montly charges for 832, that in my personal mail.

In my work mail I have a monthly invoice for 399.00 in my credit card I received 2 monthly charges for 399.00

Could you send my in private message how many subscription I have, because in the link that you send me I appear 1 monthly invoice for the 832.00
